Trekking time can vary from 30 minutes to 5-6 hours, requiring a moderate level of physical fitness and sturdy hiking shoes.

As you sit among these incredible creatures, listen to their enchanting vocalizations and marvel at the imposing presence of the dominant silverback. This intimate encounter is a rare privilege, with only approximately 650 mountain gorillas remaining in the wild. Savor this extraordinary moment, surrounded by the sights, sounds, and majesty of these incredible animals in their natural habitat.

The Batwa Experience was created by the displaced Batwa pygmies to educate their children and to share their amazing heritage and traditions with the world. Since 1992, the Batwa have been unable to live in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, their ancestors’ home. Yet they have not forgotten the old ways.

Step back in time to see how the Batwa lived for millenia in the Bwindi, one of the most beautiful jungles on earth and home of the famous mountain gorillas. Day 10 – 2026: Unleash Your Inner Adventurer: Golf – fly to Entebbe for the departure flight.

After breakfast, depart for Kihihi Golf Course and enjoy an 18-hole game (approx. 4 hours) with the assistance of your personal caddie. Afterwards, refresh at the locker and shower rooms, followed by lunch at the Savanna Hotel in Kihihi. Conclude the day with a transfer to the airport for your departure flight to Entebbe.
