Tour overview

A nine-day private luxury circuit covering the four headline parks of southern Kenya — Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Tsavo West — staying in luxury tented camps and lodges with a Lake Naivasha stop-over between Nakuru and Amboseli. Daily game drives in a pop-up-roof 4x4, optional Naivasha boat trip, full board throughout and airport transfers included.

Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi → Masai Mara

Pick-up in Nairobi and scenic drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. Afternoon game drive in search of the resident big cats, elephants and the resident Mara plains game.
Overnight: Sarova Mara Game Camp (FB).

Day 2: Full day game-driving in the Masai Mara

Sunrise and afternoon game drives across the Mara plains, with chance encounters of lion, leopard, cheetah, and (in season) the Great Migration river crossings.
Overnight: Sarova Mara Game Camp (FB).

Day 3: Masai Mara → Lake Nakuru National Park

Drive east via the Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingo flocks, white & black rhino sanctuary, and Rothschild giraffe.
Overnight: Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge (FB).

Day 4: Lake Nakuru → Lake Naivasha

Morning game drive in Nakuru NP, then a short transfer to Lake Naivasha. Optional afternoon boat trip on Lake Naivasha (hippos, fish eagles, pelicans).
Overnight: Naivasha Kongoni Lodge (FB).

Day 5: Naivasha → Amboseli

Long but scenic drive south to Amboseli National Park, framed by Mount Kilimanjaro. Late-afternoon game drive in search of Amboseli's famous super-tusker elephants.
Overnight: Hunter's Luxury Manor (FB).

Day 6: Full day in Amboseli

Sunrise and golden-hour game drives in Amboseli, with the snowy crown of Kilimanjaro as a backdrop. Excellent for photographers.
Overnight: Hunter's Luxury Manor (FB).

Day 7: Amboseli → Tsavo West

Transfer to Tsavo West National Park, an under-visited wilderness of red-earth elephants, Mzima Springs hippo pools and the volcanic Shetani lava flows.
Overnight: Severin Safari Camp (FB).

Day 8: Full day in Tsavo West

Game drives in Tsavo West including Mzima Springs and Roaring Rocks. Optional crocodile, hippo and underwater fish viewing at the springs.
Overnight: Severin Safari Camp (FB).

Day 9: Tsavo West → Nairobi (departure)

Morning game drive, breakfast and en-route lunch on the drive back to Nairobi for your onward flight.

Pricing per person (USD)

Per-person sharing, full board throughout, private 4×4 with English-speaking driver-guide. Includes a 20 % service margin on the operator's rack rates. Single Room Supplement is the additional flat fee for solo occupancy of a double room (per stay). Park entry fees quoted separately; current 2026 Masai Mara fee is USD 200/adult/day and rises seasonally.
