Overview

If you have just 4 days and want to experience Tanzania’s most iconic parks: Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and either Manyara Tarangire—this tour is a great fit. While it includes only one night in the Serengeti (which we typically recommend extending), it's an ideal option for those with limited time who still want a taste of this incredible destination.

Day 1: Lake Manyara National Park

Your adventure kicks off at 8:00 am with hotel pickup and a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara. Though compact, the park is rich in wildlife and lush landscapes—acacia forests, fig and mahogany trees, and a variety of animals including elephants, giraffes, baboons, blue monkeys, and hippos by the lake. Game drives along the shoreline offer excellent photo opportunities. Optional activities include biking or a boat tour. Return to camp for dinner.

Main Destination: Lake Manyara National Park
Accommodation: Escarpment Luxury Lodge Manyara
Meals & Drinks: All meals included, drinks except spirits
Optional: Accommodation upgrade or replace with Tarangire NP / add an extra day for both

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, journey to Serengeti National Park—home to the iconic Great Migration. The vast plains (6,900 sq miles) stretch endlessly, hosting millions of wildebeest, zebras, antelopes, and big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Afternoon game drive en route to your tented camp.

Main Destination: Serengeti National Park

Day 3: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Start the day with a sunrise game drive, followed by brunch at camp. Continue to Ngorongoro Crater—known as the 8th Wonder of the Natural World. This 102 sq mile caldera is home to black rhinos, elephants with massive tusks, lions, flamingos, and more. Arrive in time for sunset.

Accommodation: Pakulala Safari Camp
Meals & Drinks: All meals included, drinks except spirits
