Welcome to Xtreme Republic (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking a tour, safari, or travel package with us or using our website https://xtremerepublic.co.ke and https://ke.xtremerepublic.co.ke, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been received.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal details (names as in passport, contact info, etc.).

2. Payments

  • We accept payments through M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure methods as listed on our website.

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are quoted in [Insert Currency – e.g., Kenyan Shillings (KES) / USD] and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellation charges apply as follows (unless stated otherwise in your booking agreement):

    • More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus administrative fees

    • 30–59 days before travel: 50% refund

    • Less than 30 days before travel: No refund

  • Some services (e.g., flights, permits, or special tickets) may be non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within [Insert timeframe, e.g., 14 working days].

4. Changes by You

  • If you request changes to your itinerary after booking, we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Additional costs (e.g., hotel changes, transport upgrades) will be your responsibility.

5. Changes by Us

  • Xtreme Republic reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, political instability, supplier availability).

  • In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund, depending on the situation.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any required travel documents.

  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety

  • Some tours involve physical activity (e.g., safaris, trekking). You must ensure you are medically fit to participate.

  • Always follow safety instructions provided by our guides and partners.

  • We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that arise during your trip, unless caused by our proven negligence.

8. Liability

  • Xtreme Republic acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, safari operators, and other suppliers.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made with us.

9. Complaints

  • If you encounter an issue during your trip, please notify our team or guide immediately.

  • Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the trip ends.

10. Use of Website

  • The content on our website (texts, images, itineraries) is for personal use only.

  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

  • Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed.
